Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced candidate for the Installation Dispatcher role for the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. This is position is instrumental to ensure that our customers' food service equipment is scheduled for installation in a timely manner with the highest quality of service possible. 

 

 Primary Functions:

  • Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, or needs
  • Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from work crews, supervisors, or filed inspectors electronically through Whiteout.
  • Prepare daily Installation schedules
  • Record and maintain files or records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, or other install information in Data Modes
  • Arrange the schedule for the completion of Installs on a daily basis
  • Monitor the GPS software (Teletrack) to ensure vehicles are at assigned locations
  • Manage and distribute install scheduling according to approved procedures
  • Manage all inbound customer contacts via phone, email, web portal and fax in a fast, customer friendly and professional manner.
  • Utilize phone system to manage all inbound/outbound install calls from/to the customer.
  • Work cohesively with install manager; install technicians and sales representatives, account managers and dispatcher to meet the needs of the customer each and every day.
  • Cross-promote all of the services offered to customers.
  • Review current processes, services and make recommendations/proposals in order to improve and strengthen the customer experience.
  • Resolve escalated customer service issues 

Requirements:

  • Prior installation experience with refrigeration equipment, systems and kitchen/restaurant equipment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Should be customer service driven
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn other internal software
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Must be able to type 40 wpm
  • Great phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be team oriented
  • Occasional weekend work and overtime is required
