Position Summary:

This position performs a variety of shipping and receiving tasks. Will verify materials received are as ordered and routes incoming items to appropriate departments/locations.  This position will also prepare items for shipment.

 

Primary Functions:

  • Maintain pick screens and create the picks for daily shipping, FedEx etc. 
  • Creates job/project picks, ships items in system.
  • Picks, screens, and handles service calls, by verifying warranty as well as service agents. 
  • Credits all route and job returns. Arranges return to factory, for non stock inventory.
  • Billing of all FedEx orders.
  • Assist with Sales Support and Sales related requests and questions.
  • Locate tracking information for shipments upon request, enter into orders when needed.
  • Assist with route related questions when needed, regarding delivery days, returns etc. 
  • Assist with route invoicing when needed. 
  • Enter all shop job re-caps, send to appropriate parties, enter all shop hours into monthly report. 
  • Assists on show floor as needed, helping customers and taking payment, when things are busy.
  • Ship wholesale and equipment using FedEx
  • Daily up keep of staging area
  • Maintain equipment within the warehouse
  • Check morning (BOL), equipment and receiving
  • Invoices daily Fed EX shipments
  • Run various reports and update spreadsheets
  • Weekly maintenance of forklifts

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to multi-task and help in other jobs as needed
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
