Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced commercial refrigeration Installer for the DFW area.  This position is vital to our lease and customer’s equipment to ensure that it is being installed and operating at peak performance and efficiency.  The position will require excellent customer service skills as well as installation experience. You must be comfortable explaining to the customers any issues that you find as well as be able to offer additional services or repairs.

Primary Functions:

  • Must have good geographical knowledge of the DFW Metroplex
  • Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas
  • Work close with plumbers/electricians and all mechanical trades to resolve all issues and stay within the timeframe and install bid
  • Disassemble broken or defective equipment to facilitate repair and reassemble equipment when repairs are complete
  • Install or replace equipment using hand or power tools
  • Hold or supply tools, parts, equipment and supplies for other workers
  • Adjust, maintain, and repair tools, equipment, and machines, and assist more skilled workers with similar tasks
  • Follow all safety guidelines
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and help in other jobs as needed is mandatory

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 or more years of experience in walk-in’s, commercial installation and/or service, and repair of mechanical systems
  • EPA certifications of Level 1 & 2 minimum
